This is a Solid Oak modern vanity unit, which is beautifully made and comes complete as shown in the picture including the very stylish ceramic wash basin and modern wall shelves. All parts of the vanity unit seen in the picture are included in the price, the wash basin, main unit, mirror and the side shelves as shown in the photo (taps and waste are not included).

Each door of the cabinets is equipped with a soft-closing hinge which can avoid noise when closing.
A basic fitting of a vanity unit is £120, a basic fitting can be purchased if your water is connected to the room where you need the vanity unit fitted. In order for it to be classed as a basic fitting the wall also needs to be able to take the vanity unit without modification. Our fitting includes connection of basin, waste and taps and placement of all cabinets and mirrors onto your wall (all fittings including waste are included in the price excluding taps which we can supplied at an extra but very competitive price to you).
You can ask for a quote if you feel your fitting may not be classed as a basic fitting, we can undertake larger jobs, including bringing the water connection into the room for you. Contact us with your individual requirements.
